We are working diligently to create a gluten free menu that will satisfy the many requests we've received for such items. Our gluten free pizza will be made using our very own gluten free dough recipe that we are still currently developing. From what we've been able to accomplish thus far, we feel that when we deliver this product to our customers, that the result will be well worth the wait. Our goal is to create a gluten free dough that stays true to our name, that is of course, serving products made with fresh ingredients and prepared in our kitchen every day.
